Relational Organisational Development Consultant | Facilitator | Trainer

Strengthening relationships. Creating better conversations. Enabling meaningful change.

Conversations That Create Change (CCC) is a relational organisational development consultancy helping organisations, teams and communities strengthen relationships, navigate complexity and create change together.

Through facilitation, co-production, participation, organisational and team development, training and creative engagement, I bring people together to explore different perspectives, strengthen collaboration and turn conversation into practical action.

A core part of my work is helping organisations strengthen how people relate and work together — building the trust, communication, behaviours and ways of working that enable people to collaborate, navigate challenge, make decisions and get things done together.

But relationships don't exist in isolation. The structures, systems, practices and culture around people can either support strong relationships or make them much harder to sustain.

That's why my work looks at both: the relationships themselves and the organisational conditions that shape them.

Because just as organisations need effective structures, systems and processes, they also need strong relational foundations — creating the conditions for people, teams and organisations to work well together and create meaningful, lasting change.

CCC can help when…

✦ Teams need to work better together — strengthening relationships, communication, trust, accountability and collaboration.

✦ Something isn't working beneath the surface — exploring the relational and organisational conditions that might be getting in the way.

✦ You're navigating change, complexity or uncertainty and need space to think, make sense of things and move forward together.

✦ You need to bring people together around strategy, culture, services or ways of working — turning different perspectives into shared direction and practical action.

✦ You want to strengthen participation, co-production or lived-experience influence — moving beyond consultation towards meaningful involvement and shared decision-making.

✦ You want to learn from what's happening — through participatory evaluation, reflection and collective sense-making.

✦ There's an important or difficult conversation that needs to happen — and skilled, independent facilitation would help.

✦ You want to build people's skills and confidence in facilitation, relational practice, participation, co-production or collaborative working.

My role is not to arrive with all the answers. It is to design and facilitate the conditions in which people can think well together, participate meaningfully and create ways forward that they have helped to shape.

Is there a conversation that matters? Let’s explore how CCC can help you have it.

Feel free to explore my About Me and Offerings pages, and I look forward to connecting to see how we might work together.

The support we received from Michelle helped us build trust as a team and gave us new practical tools we could try out in our work, after trying them out first in a safe and supportive environment"

“I needed support to deliver a youth work training project – so glad I asked Miche!  From start to finish, Miche’s professional understanding and principled approach meant she was quickly able to take control, building materials, coordinating learners and planning all logistics.  We ended up with a brilliant programme and some extremely happy learners.  I have no hesitation in recommending you work with Miche – in fact, I suggest you do!”
